1. Design
Many packaging box designs are designed by the company or the customer themselves or have been designed by a design company because the design is the first step, what kind of pattern or size, what structure, color and so on. Two, proofing
For the first custom-printed packaging box, it is generally necessary to print a digital sample, and if it is more strict, it is even necessary to print a real sample on a printing machine, because when printing a digital sample again, the color may be different from the digital sample when printing in large quantities, and the printing machine Solid samples ensure consistent color for mass production.
3. Publishing
After the proofing is confirmed, normal mass production can begin. For the production of packaging and printing factories, this is actually the first step. The color process of the current color box packaging is very beautiful, so the colors of the published editions are also varied, and many color box packaging The box not only has 4 basic colors but also spot colors, such as special red, special blue, black, etc., which are all spot colors, which are different from normal four colors. 4. Paper material

1. Single copper paper is also called white cardboard, suitable for color box packaging, single box printing and production, the general weight is: 250-400 grams commonly used
2. Coated paper is used as a packaging box, which is generally used as a mounting paper, that is, the pattern is printed on the coated paper, and then mounted on the grayboard paper or wooden box, which is generally suitable for the production of hardcover box packaging.
3. Whiteboard paper is white on one side and gray on the other side, with printed patterns on the white side. It is useful as a single box, and some are used for mounting pit cartons. I won’t explain more about the paper here.
5. Printing
The printing process of color box packaging is very demanding, and the most taboo are color differences, ink dots, inaccurate needle position registration, scratches and other problems, which will also bring troubles to post-press processing.
6. Printing surface treatment
Surface treatment, the common color box packaging is glossy glue, matte glue, UV, varnish, matte oil and bronzing.
7. Die-cutting
Die-cutting is also called [beer] in the packaging and printing industry. It is an important link in the post-press processing process, and it is also the last link. Don't burst the line, and don't die-cut inaccurately.
Eight, bonding
Many color box packaging boxes need to be glued together, and some packaging boxes with special structures do not need to be glued, such as aircraft boxes and sky and earth covers. After bonding, it can be packaged and shipped after passing the quality inspection.
